How to lubricate the gear reducer of the motor?
When the peripheral speed of the gear of the reducer is greater than 12m/S, oil injection lubrication should be used, that is, the oil pump oil supply station supplies oil with a certain pressure, and the lubricating oil is sprayed onto the meshing surface of the gear teeth by the nozzle. When v≤25m/s, the nozzle can be located on the side where the gear teeth are engaged or on the whistle side; when v>25m/s, the nozzle should be located on the side where the gear teeth whistle out, so that the newly meshed gear can be cooled in time by lubricating oil. The gear teeth are also lubricated.

Regardless of the structure, the flow resistance coefficient of the ball valve is relatively small. Especially the so-called full-flow type, that is, the ball valve without reducing the diameter, because its channel diameter is equal to the inner diameter of the pipeline, the local resistance loss is only the frictional resistance of the pipeline of the same length, that is, among all the valves, this kind of ball valve has the smallest flow resistance. In the rocket launch and its test system, the resistance of the transmission pipeline is required to be as small as possible. There are two ways to reduce the resistance of the pipeline system: one is to reduce the fluid flow rate, for which it is necessary to increase the diameter of the pipe and the valve, which often has an adverse effect on the economy of the pipeline system, especially for low-temperature delivery system fluids. Hydrogen is unfavorable; one is to reduce the local resistance of the valve, so the ball valve naturally becomes the choice.
