The reason for the failure of the valve motor

Improper control of valve motor selection and stroke position adjustment: There are two important parameters in the valve electrical installation.
① The opening and closing torque value should include the actual working torque value of the valve plus the torque value of the valve itself. The opening and closing torque value affects the use of the valve. Large force is easy to break, and small force is easy to leak. There should be enough margin in the selection and matching (generally, it is required to be 1.1~1.3 times larger than the actual operating torque value of the valve).
② The stroke position control is related to the size of the valve diameter, the length of the opening and closing time and the structural form. The motor matched with the valve electrical equipment is a special motor, with a short-time working system, and the time is 10-15min. If the load is high in a short working time, the insulation level of the motor will decrease and cause damage.
The valve motor does not match the motor model: the selected motor model does not match the requirements of the electrical equipment, the actual output torque does not have enough corresponding margin, and the motor is easily damaged during overload operation.
Improper use of debugging and installation:
① Valve electrical equipment is divided into two types: horizontal installation and vertical installation. When installed vertically, the end of the motor is at the bottom. When the sealing of the rubber part of the threading sleeve fails, the lubricating grease in the cavity enters the inner cavity of the motor through the cable outlet, which is easy to short-circuit the winding and burn the motor.
② Because the special motor for valve is a short-time working system with high load. If the continuous debugging time is too long and exceeds the rated time, it will cause the motor to heat up and damage.
